Knitters' Retreat Reservation Form
Friday
May 15, 2009 to Sunday May 17, 2009 (possibility of adding
Thursday May 14th)
You
can also just do a day retreat (all day Saturday - includes
3 meals).
There
will be a mini-market & lesson (Connie Kukal from Knit
and Caboodle) on Saturday!
Option
One – Payment in full assists with the deposit to
secure the retreat dates.
Option
Two – Two payments: 50% now; balance due Monday, March 16,
2009.
No
cancellations and no refunds after Wednesday, April 1, 2009.
